Summary: This hotel is classified as a 5-star facility, however, compared to the other 5-star hotels we have stayed at (Jumeirah and Es Princep in Mallorca), this hotel has a way to go to match them. The hotel shows its age by now and there appointments should be brought up to the current times. The positives are related to the staff who are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure you are taken care of. The negative, the hotel is geared towards the people who like to party. There is constant music playing at the pool from the morning until late hours so if you want to relax and sleep in, it is not possible. Additionally, the hotel expect you to spend a min amount of $ depending whether you want to enjoy the pool or another area. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel as it is expensive for that you receive and it is geared towards partying than relaxing.
